THE HOME HAS VAULTED CEILINGS THROUGH OUT AND FINISHED TO A HIGH QUALITY We overlook a conservation and a lake . The pool is flood lit at night for swimming ,And can be heated in cooler weather. THE HOME accommodates 6 to 8 people and a baby . It is not overlooked by other properties . There are lots of different birds and wild life at night and day . The florida room covers the pool and lanai , We provide pool furniture such as sun loungers complete with cushions, Also table and chairs in the lanai for refreshments out of the sun . There is a safety fence installed for our younger guests at the entry to the pool . OUR LUXURY HOME IS 10 MINS DRIVE TO DISNEY THEME PARKS. NEAR TO GOLF COURSES .Falcons Crest Golf Course Kissimmee Golf and Nick Faldos at Marriott Resort . THE LOUNGE THERE IS A LARGE FAMILY ROOM WITH TWO LARGE SOFAS TO RELAX AND WATCH CABLE TV with LOTS OF CHANNELS ,A TV UNIT SUPPLIED WITH DVD ALSO READING BOOKS, GAMES ,COFFEE TABLES AND LOTS OF LIGHT FROM TABLE LIGHTS , A FAN WITH A LIGHT BUILT IN ,A TELEPHONE IS ALSO AVAILABLE AND LOCAL CALLS ARE FREE ,PATIO DOORS LEAD INTO ENCLOSED LANAI AND THE POOL AREA LOOKING AT THE CONSERVATION AND LAKE ,A TABLE AND CHAIRS ,ALSO LOUNGERS FOR DAY TIME SUNBATHING KITCHEN FULLY EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED IT HAS DISHWASHER, LARGE REFRIGERATOR .FULL STOVE AND MICROWAVE,AND ALL OTHER THINGS YOU NEED FOR EVERYDAY USE . DISHES AND SILVERWARE ARE PROVIDED THE NOOK A place you can have breakfast or have a glass of wine in the evening overlooking the swimming pool and enjoy the view and lake or listen to the birds so different to the day time. DINING ROOM A table and chairs to seat 6 people for evening meal with a large chandelier over the table.a nice place to sit and listen to music, and have a meal MASTER BEDROOM The master bedroom has a king bed ,cable tv and clock/radio and ceiling fan ,Also a large easy chair , Leading from the bedroom there is a private bathroom,with his and hers vanity unit also bath with shower stall hairdrier, a walk in closet and a separate toilet ,a large bright room larger than most. 2ND BEDROOM With queen size bed cable tv also clock/radio with large closets and beautifully furnished, ceiling fan. 3RD BEDROOM Twin beds lovely sunny room, also large closet also cable tv and clock/radio ,beautifully furnished . 2ND BATHROOM The second and third bedrooms share this bathroom which is equipped with vanity unit, bath and shower stall and toilet HALF BATHROOM There is a separate toilet and vanity unit for all our guests and visitors. LAUNDRY ROOM has has washer /dryer and iron & ironing board and vacuum cleaner . The home is fully equipped with all bed linen ,towels and pool towels provided free . FLORIDA ROOM Completely encloses the pool and lanai area to keep the bugs out. It also overlooks the conservation area and is fenced on each side for privacy. There are table and chairs and sun loungers.
