Talia is an absolutely beautiful waterfront home, situated in the tranquil Cumbrian Lakes community. Its premium location on a huge corner lot overlooking a lake and conservation area means Talia offers the perfect private spot for your vacation haven.The home includes six bedrooms, comprised of three master suites, two twin rooms and a children's bedroom/lounge with bunk beds and a PlayStation 2. The first master suite includes a huge bathroom with walk-in shower and a balcony overlooking the pool area, while the second master suite opens onto the pool area itself. Two of the master suites and the children's room all include TVs with built-in DVD/video players. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and in the living area.A favorite feature with guests is our large gameroom with pool table, foosball, electronic darts and the recent addition of a selection of gym equipment. The separately heated jacuzzi, with its fibre-optic lights is the perfect place to wallow in the evenings, and take a plunge in the pool to wake yourself up again afterwards. Added to that, are spacious living and formal dining areas, with a second dining area on the poolside lanai, with ceiling fan. The fully equipped kitchen contains a huge stove and refridgerator with ice maker, as well as dishwasher, microwave and all the utensils you will need to cook up a storm, or just brew a lovely pot of fresh coffee to enjoy in the morning. A barbecue grill can be provided for a small extra charge. All linens and towels are included and there is a laundry area complete with washer/dryer/iron.
