Our delightful 3 bedroom vacation home with it's own private heated pool is ideally located in the select development of Sunridge Woods, Davenport. The Pool overlooks a retention pond and has spa therapy jets installed, the best place to be when enjoying the Florida sunset. We have a lanai so you have the choice, whether you want sun or shade while you relax outdoors. Driving time to Disney is 15 minutes and all the other major area attractions are close by. Champions Gate Golf Resort and the local shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away.We have furnished our home to a high standard,paying attention to those things which we think matter to you on vacation, such as upgraded pool furniture; a gas BBQ at no charge; free phone calls worldwide so you can keep in touch with friends and family; a PC with high speed cable internet connection and a wireless network in case you bring your own laptop or notebook. You'll find Cable TV & a hairdryer in every bedroom, a games console with games and the kitchen is well equipped to suit your needs whether you want to heat up a snack or cook up a gourmet meal. Of course, as we are english, you will find a teapot & kettle. Our single story home will accommodate up to 8 guests. For Safety and the Benefit of all Guests we operate a No Smoking Policy throughout the property
Our 3 bedroomed home is fully air conditioned and ceiling fans in the lounge and all bedrooms. The pool has the option of electric heating if required at good rates. We recommend taking the additional heating between November and March. The house is a single story property and will accommodate up to 8 people. It is furnished to a high standard & is extremely comfortable. OUTSIDE The property is on a large plot and is not overlooked at the rear, so you can enjoy your privacy. The pool overlooks a retention pond and we have installed a gas bbq which is free to use, if the gas runs out, you'll need to replace it at Wal-mart but send us the receipt and we'll refund the charge. The pool has a floodlight for evening swimming and we have installed lighting around the Lanai so you can sit out after dark. The pool furniture is deep padded, so you can relax in comfort for as long as you want. INSIDE The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed, master bathroom and walk in closet and ample storage. If you aren't sleepy, there's a 20" TV with DVD or you can surf the net on the PC and there's a printer/scanner if you need it too. The radio alarm clock will help to make sure you don't sleep in, if you don't want to waste valuable vacation time. Finally you have a hairdryer in the room and two more in the other bedrooms The 2nd Bedroom has twin beds and a large built in wardrobe and Cable TV. The Sony Playstation II can be used for playing games, watching DVD's or listening to your favorite CD. We've supplied a selection of games & cartoons and more can be hired from the nearby shops or gas station. You'll also find some board games in the dresser if the PS II isn't your thing.The 3rd Bedroom has a Queen Sized bed and a large built in wardrobe and cable TV. There's another radio alarm clock, someone has to be first to wake up!!There is a shared family bathroom between the 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms.The Living room is comfortably furnished with an Armchair and two sofas one of which folds out into an additional Queen sized bed, should it be required. For your entertainment there is a 32” Digital Cable T.V. and a surround sound system with 5 disc DVD/CD player & radio tuner. You'll find a small selection of DVD's, CD's and books and if you want the latest movies these can be hired at the shops at Champions Gate or from the Gas station. Both are only a few minutes drive away. The kitchen has a table and 5 chairs which can extend to comfortably accommodate 8 people and the additional chairs required to seat 8 are in the bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you would expect in a Floridian home. * Large Fridge/Freezer with automatic ice maker* Large range with ceramic top* Dishwasher * Microwave* Waste disposal* Cofffee maker* Blender* Steamer and Toaster. and a teapot and kettle, of course! There are ample utensils and dishes for up to 8 people. All Linens and Towels are provided including towels for the pool. There is a Washing Machine and Dryer in the garage and an Iron and ironing board are also provided.We also have a portable crib; Highchair and playpen if required.
