Our vacation home has a sunny, solar heated, south-west facing private pool and Jacuzzi area, which is not overlooked by any other pool. Relax out on the lanai and enjoy outstanding, uninterrupted views over the luxurious vegetation and sparkling ponds of the unspoilt wetlands conservation area. We are only 15 minutes from Disneyworld yet set in a very peaceful location with excellent shopping and amenities close by. The pool and conservation area is visible from almost every room in the house with both master bedrooms having access straight out onto the lanai. Our home will be the base for your most memorable vacation whether you want to enjoy the excitement of the theme parks or just relax by the pool.
The accommodation consists of master bedroom with king size bed, master-suite bathroom and large patio doors exiting to the pool area, one double bedroom with queen size bed and master-suite bathroom with exit to the pool area and two bedrooms with shared bathroom each with two single beds. Ideally sleeps 8 in absolute comfort, plus two on the double sofa bed if required. A crib, high chair and stroller are provided free for the use of our younger guests. The family room has extended cable television which includes the Disney and Nickelodeon channels, a Sony Playstation 2, DVD player and queen size sofa-bed. The fully equipped, open plan kitchen and breakfast nook look out over the pool and conservation area. There is also a formal living room and dining room where parents can escape from the television and entertain or relax in peace. The screened pool is 28ft by 14ft with a fountain and Jacuzzi at the far end. It has the benefit of free solar heating and an extra heater is available at $16/day. The pool and deck areas, which are not overlooked by any other pool in the area are equipped with sun loungers and chairs for enjoying the Florida sunshine. The large lanai area is just perfect for dining and relaxing. The lanai roof provides refreshing shade from the sunlight and is an excellent place for al fresco cooking on the gas barbecue provided. Our vacation home is fully air conditioned and comes complete with all linen, washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, TVs, Sony Playstation 2, DVD player, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, garbage disposal and telephone (with FREE local calls; long distance/international calls can be made with the use of a pre-pay phone card, or credit card) . It will be fully cleaned with fresh linen before you arrive and again when you leave. Free high speed cable internet access is available (please request details if you wish to use it).
