If you are looking for a place to relax after a long day at the parks, Venetian Bay Villages will give you the opportunity to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings it offers while the children play in the large heated pool or hire a bicycle and explore the surrounding area. On site is a fully equipped gymnasium for the adults, a gamesroom for the kids and a film room showing a different movie every week (also for the kids). There is internet access in the clubhouse from Monday to Friday, free of charge. Our 4 bedroom/3bathroom home offers spacious accommodation with 2 master bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. Venetian Bay Villages has the quiet charm of an old community complete with walking streets, white picket fences and nature walks, yet just 12 minutes drive from Walt Disney World and just minutes away from the many shops, restaurants and attractions on the 192 Highway. Other attractions such as Seaworld and Universal Studios are also within a 30 minute drive.
Venetian Bay is a newly constructed community with a relaxed and carefree atmosphere. It has a SECURE GATED ENTRANCE and the clubhouse has a HUGE POOL AND SPA with wrap-around sundeck and COOL SHADED LANAIS. It also has INTERNET ACCESS a FULLY EQUIPPED GYMNASIUM, GAMES ROOM, SCREENING ROOM SHOWING MOVIES, party rooms plus a guest lounge with a large screen TV. The complex also has TENNIS, BASKETBALL and VOLLEYBALL COURTS plus picnic and barbeque areas. BICYCLES can be hired for a small charge. Adjacent to the clubhouse, you will find our HOME OVERLOOKING THE LARGE POOL AND LAKE. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this AIR-CONDITIONED village home is ideal for family groups and those who do not wish to feel isolated in a stand alone villa environment. Although the property will sleep 10, we recommend an occupancy of 8 for best comfort. Downstairs you will find a comfortable lounge / diner with a queen sleeper sofa and a 2 seater sofa, TV/DVD, FREE INTERNET/WI FI ACCESS (RENTER TO USE OWN LAPTOP), TELEPHONE and a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN, including dishwasher, microwave, stove and large fridge freezer. Also downstairs is one of the ATTRACTIVE MASTER BEDROOMS with TV. The en-suite bathroom contains a WHIRLPOOL BATH and shower. This room is ideal for wheelchair access. Upstairs you will find a FURTHER MASTER BEDROOM with TV / VIDEO and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. TWO FURTHER BEDROOMS OFFER TWIN BEDS and TV / VIDEO or DVD with a shared bathroom with bath and shower. WASHER / DRYER facilities are found off the upstairs landing. ALL LINENS, TOWELS AND POOL TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. Hairdryers in all bathrooms. THIS HOME IS WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY WITH RAMPS FROM THE CAR PARKING AREA AND NO STEPS TO THE HOUSE. Venetian Bay Villages can be found on Hoagland Blvd, just off Highway 192 at Marker 15, 5 minutes drive from the Super Wal-Mart and Medieval Times. DISNEY IS WITHIN A 15 MINUTE DRIVE and other attractions such as Universal Studios and Sea World within a 30 minute drive. The house is easily accessible from Orlando and Sanford Airports.
