This one story home with central airconditioning offers approximatey 1200 square feet of sunny, Florida style living. Up to 8 guests can enjoy this luxurious space. The great room with cathedral ceilings and ceiling fan has two comfortable sofas (one converts into a queen size bed). The living area has a 27" TV with a cable network and a DVD Player. This living area opens into a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen. Included are a large refigerator/freezer, a gas stove, microwave, and all of the small appliances, equipment, dishes, and utensils that you will need to have a luxurious vacation.One of the best features of the beautiful home is that the great room opens directly onto your own private, south facing pool which has a full, screened enclosure. The deck area has a table with an umbrella for shade and eight chairs as well as two lounge chairs for your comfort. There is ample plastic tableware so that you can enjoy meals and snacks around the pool. The pool also has a solar cover which allows you to keep the water warm when there is a cool evening. All doors and windows that open onto the pool are equipped with security alarms to keep unaccompanied children from straying into the pool area. The pool also has optional pool heater.The master bedroom has a queen size bed (roughly equivalent to a UK king size) and an attached bath (en-suite) with a walk-in shower. The master bath also has a door that opens to the pool area to allow easy accessability. A ceiling fan in the master bedroom keeps the air moving for your comfort. Also in the master bedroom is a cable TV. To protect your valuables there is a safe installed in the master bedroom closet. This safe is available at no cost to the renter!The two other bedrooms have easy access to their own bathroom which is equipped with a tub bath and shower combination. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort. One bedroom has twin beds and the other has a double bed to accomodate every combination of guests. The bedroom with a double bed also has a TV and VCR so that the kids can enjoy a tape while the adults are watching something else! All the linens that you could possibly need are included with this villa. There is an electric grill that is included at no additional cost for all renters. For your convenience this home also has a full size washer and dryer.This villa is very Baby Friendly! There is a crib (cot) and highchair available to you at no extra cost!
