Looking for the perfect place to relax after a busy day out and about...then look no further!Welcome to "Villa Aruba" - our beautiful 3 bed/3 bath private vacation home with its own pool and sundeck overlooking a rural woodland conservation area.A new feature - high speed wireless internet access - just bring your own laptop to stay in touch with friends and family at home!The property comprises two master bedrooms, with US queen size beds, each with their own en-suite facilities and cable TV. The third bedroom contain twin beds and uses the additional large family bathroom. All rooms provide plenty of space for your belongings, and are decorated in a light Floridian style. All linens and towels (including extra pool towels) are provided. A complimentary crib and high chair are available on request.The living area provides a place for you to relax in comfort, and where you will find a 25" cable TV, VCR and DVD player. Patio doors lead directly out to the pool area. The dining area has a table that seats six and is next to windows with views over the pool,sundeck and conservation area. Additional seating is provided at the breakfast bar.As you would expect the kitchen is fully fitted, from the large refrigerator with ice maker to the dishwasher to a bottle opener, and includes everything that we think you could possibly need during your stay with us. Laundry facilities are also available for our guests convenience.The pool area and sundeck overlook a beautiful woodland conservation area. If you are lucky, you can watch the early morning hot air balloon rides rising over the trees, or maybe catch a family of wild turkeys going for their morning walk! A lanai, with ceiling fan, provides shade and to help you further enjoy the outdoor lifestyle, we include a complimentary gas BBQ.Our vacation home is located in the "Resort at Town Center" community, which is a gated, secure, development in Davenport, Orlando. Although only minutes from Disney, it provides a wonderful haven from the excitement of the Orlando theme parks.There are numerous golf courses within a 30 minute drive of the community, which will suit golfers at all levels of competence.
