Our spacious 3 bed/2 bath pool home is situated in the peaceful community of Eagle Pointe, Kissimmee, which is just off Poinciana Boulevard. It is set on the edge of a beautiful, tranquil pond where you can relax and watch the wildlife or maybe you would like to try a spot of fishing.Our home sleeps 6/8 comfortably and is fully air-conditioned with a heated pool and covered lanai, and if the heat gets too much for you, you can relax in the shade of the alcove under the cooling ceiling fan. It is close to all the major attractions and there are also many restaurants, shops and golf courses nearby including a large 24 hour Wal-Mart just a few minutes drive from our home.
Our immaculate fully air-conditioned pool home is situated on an "up-market" development just off Highway 192, a major thoroughfare packed with restaurants, shops, bars and attractions. Although the home is close to all the amenities and only ten minutes from Disney World, it is situated in a quiet area with around half the properties owned by US citizens and the majority of the others by UK homeowners. The development features in most of the "Executive Class Homes" in the leading holiday brochures. You can enjoy complete privacy as you will not be overlooked by any other homes. And as it is close to all the Disney attractions it enables you to go back to the home to relax, enjoy a leisurely swim and a meal before returning to the parks in the evening to watch the magical displays of fireworks.POOLThe south facing pool has a covered lanai and overlooks a beautiful private pond and woodland area where you can relax and watch the wildlife. MASTER BEDROOMThe master bedroom with King size bed comes with master-suite facilities, including corner bath, separate shower and toilet and twin vanities. It also includes a walk-in-closet and cable tv. There is a lovely view of the pool and the pond through the patio doors.QUEEN & TWIN ROOMSThe second bedroom with Queen size bed also has cable tv while the third bedroom has twin single beds.KITCHEN & FAMILY ROOMThe open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and has a separate laundry room with washer/dryer, ironing board and iron. The kitchen overlooks the family room where you can unwind and watch cable tv or you may want to watch a film or listen to some music. There is also a lovely view of the pool and pond through the patio doors in the family room.FORMAL LIVING & DINING AREAAt the front of the home is a lovely formal living and dining area. There is also a large sofa which converts into a bed settee.GARAGEThe garage has been converted and now contains a bonus room with table football, magnetic darts and tv with games console that plays 76,000 games plus a selection of board games. Great fun for the kids.TELEPHONE CALLSThe home has a telephone system. Local, national and international telephone calls are free.MANAGEMENT COMPANYOur Management Company are on hand to assist you with any query or service as well as keeping the home well maintained. In order to keep the home to a high standard there is no smoking permitted inside or pets allowed.PATIO DOOR ALARMSFor the safety of younger children, both sets of patio doors leading to the pool area are alarmed.The entrance to Eagle Pointe is beautifully decorated at Christmas time.
