OUR EXECUTIVE VACATION HOME CONSISTS OF OVER 3000 sq ft OF AIR CONDITIONED AND SMOKE FREE COMFORT COMPRISING OF THE FOLLOWING:MASTER BEDROOM WITH BATHROOM AND TWO WALK IN CLOSETS large King Size bed and matching dressing table together with a TV and Video, Telephone and Alarm Clock. The bathroom has twin matching wash sinks with featured lighting, Bath and large walk in shower.There are 3 further bedrooms and an extra bathroom upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs which is ideal for Elderly or disabled guests as it eliminates the need to use the stairs. .The bedrooms contain the following, 3 bedrooms with Queen double beds and 3 bedrooms with twin beds in each. We also have two extra rollaway beds should they be required.There is a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, including STOVE, large Refridgerator, Microwave Oven, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, and all Utensils.The laundry Room contains Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board.The Home is fully air conditioned and Centrally Heated throughout with Fans in all bedrooms and the main lounge as well as the upstairs Den area.The new edition is the large games room fully carpeted and furnished with sofas and coffee tables and a telephone for those private calls. We also have an 8ft professional slate pool table. 7ft Air Hockey Table, and X box with games. And a TV should you wish to watch your favourite programs THE VACATION HOME IS LOCATED:Approximately 20 minutes drive to Disney and the other major Theme Parks. It is on Crescent Lakes which is a quiet community within easy reach of local supermarkets and shops. Highway 192 is a mere 8 minutes away and Wall Mart is only 6 minutes away. The home is approximately 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 40 minutes from Sanford International Airport
