You will have a choice of 5 large double bedrooms - 2 Master Bedrooms with king sized beds and own access to the pool area - 2 twin bedrooms - 1 further queen sized double bedroom. In total there are 4 lovely bathrooms, 2 with marble vanity tops. The pool is an extra large pool 40x15' (heating optional) with STUNNING views over wetlands and natural forest - What a joy !!!!!!PLEASE HAVE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES - THEY SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES !!!
OSPREY HOUSE is situated on OrangeTree a superb community off Hwy 27, just 2.5 miles north of Hwy 192, with Disney's main gate less than 15 mins away.The homes on OrangeTree are really well proportioned and such a joy to come back to after a hard day at the parks.With it's vaulted ceilings and 3 sky-lights it opens up and creates a feeling of even more space in the family room, open plan kitchen and breakfast nook. Open the double doors at the back and enter the pool area and you would be standing in the Lanai (covered porch) looking at the extra large 40x15' swimming pool that can be heated if you wish. The Family Room is surrounded by the 5 large double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms making it the central part of the home and the place where the action is.
