It is only a fifteen minutes drive to Disney and 2 minutes from a huge Wal-mart store, numerous stores, restaurants and entertainment such as Medieval Times, Gatorland and air boat rides. The Give Kids the World complex is opposite the entrance to Creekside.Orlando International airport is a 30 minute drive and Sanford Airport is 50 minutes away. Full driving directions will be given when booking.Family roomCathedral ceilings add to the spacious feel of this very comfortably furnished room. Mulit channel Cable TV Playstation 2 and DVD player plus Playstation games, DVDs and books are available for your use. Patio doors give access to the pool and large deck areaFormal dining area The full size table seats 6 people and has access to the pool and deck area. All dishes, silverware and glasses are providedKitchenOur fully equipped kitchen includes a bright breakfast nook, overlooking the well kept gardens. A large fridge/freezer has an ice maker. There is a separate utility room with a washer and tumble drier, iron and ironing board.Master bedroomA spaciousand beautifully decorated room with a king size bed, full bathroom including shower and tub, large walk in closet and TV/DVD. All bed linens, towels and a hairdryer are provided. It also has separate access to the pool/deck area through patio doors.Second and Third bedrooms A queen and a twin. They each have large closetsand their own flat screen TVs and DVD players. Younger ones can enjoy their own music and films without disturbing the grown ups. Both these bedrooms share the full family bathroom which has a shower and tub. Again bed linens, towels and a hairdryer are provided.Pool and Deck AreaThe newly finished pool is 25 x 12 and can be floodlit. Optional pool heat is available for a small charge during the cooler months at the beginning and end of the year. The large deck area is also newly painted and has a table, chairs and umbrella, plus luxury padded loungers. Both pool and deck are enclosed in fine mesh to keep the bugs out and let the sun in! Just imagine evenings sat by the pool, the perfect end to a day at the theme parks!Management Company Our management company are on call 24hrs and are based close by. We chose them because they are friendly, effective and look after our home as if it were their own.The home is fully licensed with the State Authorities and insured. There are smoke alarms and emergency lighting for your protection. Patio doors are alarmed in accordance with Federal law to prevent unaccompanied children reaching the pool area. What is close by?Nearby attractions include all Disney theme parks, Universal Studios, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Downtown Disney, Cirque du Soleil, Medieval Times, Gatorland, and Kissimmee Old Town.
