Games room with pool table, air hockey/games table, electronic dartboard. Computer with high speed access 5 minutes drive takes you to Highway 192 with miles of restaurants and shops. A 3 minute walk will take you to a small mini-mart at the local Gas station where you can obtain emergency groceries and some carry-out food. 5 minutes in the car takes you to Champions Gate where you will find a "Publix" Supermarket, various shops and restaurants along with a Greg Norman designed golf course. We are also just 5 minutes away from the new Reunion golf course. We also have internet access
"Fleurvista" is situated on the borders of Davenport central Florida. We are to the west of Kissimmee 5 minutes drive off Junction 58 of the Interstate-4. 5 miles from Maingate Disney, 20 mins will take you to Seaworld and 25 minutes to Universal Studios and Island of Adventure. One hour from the Gulf coast with its magnificent beaches. 55 mins from the Kennedy Space Center on the East coast. Orlando International Airport is only a 25 mins drive or alternatively fly into Sanford which is a little further north. Our home is situated in Ashley Manor a quite small select development our pool area overlooks a small lake and conservation area. Your vacation begins when you enter your own luxury three bedroom home with private pool. You will be delighted with the open plan design and the attention to detail. The house features a fully equipped kitchen with every modern convenience Washing Machine Dryer Dishwasher Microwave Large Fridge/Freezer with Ice-maker 4 burner stove with oven Fully air-conditioned with an extra feature of ceiling fans in all rooms. The master bedroom features a large attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. TV with cable and a DVD. The two remaining double bedrooms are separated by a fully equipped bathroom also with shower. T.V with cable in both bedrooms. Hair-dryers in both bathrooms. Linen and towels are provided and this includes pool towels. The Family room features cable television, video recorder and a stereo system, DVD/Playstation 2. Books and Board games also provided if you prefer a quite day at home. Crib with bedding and Highchairs. The pool area is completely screened, and we have plenty of chairs and lounger for those sunbathing moments. The "Lanai" area also has the feature of a ceiling fan.
