Our home, with its Mediterranean styling, and wonderfully crafted interior, is the ultimate in American design incorporating superior quality, providing a peaceful tranquillity away from the bustle of the attractions. Our home offers superior living in a peaceful setting with a pool overlooking a small lake and a conservation area, enabling you to observe beautiful sunsets and view an abundance of beautiful birds. The Living Area is a delightful open plan space, beautifully furnished and with patio doors leading to the pool area. There is Cable Television with remote control, DVD/CD player and an AM/FM Radio Stereo CD Player for your entertainment. A small paperback library, some family board games, a selection of DVD’s and a Play Station 2 with games are also available should you need to be entertained during the evenings. The Dining Area contains a traditional dining table and chairs and, with the table extension, can seat 8 The Kitchen is large and well appointed and fully equipped with everything you will ever need including a large conventional self cleaning Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Dishwasher, Blender, an 18 cu ft Refrigerator and Ice Maker. Double Sink with garbage disposal, Coffee Maker, Electric Kettle and Tea Pot, a full range of cutlery, dishes and cooking utensils, and a lot more besides. The kitchen is enclosed by a delightful breakfast bar and two stools. A telephone, which can be used for free local and International calls is also included. Plastic glasses are available for use on the pool deck. Utility Area contains a washing machine, dryer and ironing board. Linens for all bedrooms and Towels for each bathroom, including Pool Towels are provided Master Bedroom suite No 1 has a king size bed and is tastefully furnished with cable television and remote control, large closet space and direct access to the pool and Jacuzzi. Bath towels and a hairdryer are located in the bathroom. Master Bedroom suite No 2 , also has a king-size bed, cable television, walk in closet and direct access to the pool and Jacuzzi. Bath towels and Pool towels are located in the bathroom, along with a hairdryer Bedroom No 3 contains twin beds, cable TV and remote control, plenty of closet space and direct access to the third bathroom. This bedroom is ideal for children teenagers or adults Bedroom No 4 also has twin beds, cable TV and remote control, plenty of closet space and direct access to the third bathroom. A high chair and crib, along with a crib blanket, are provided for families with a young child. This bedroom is ideal for children, teenagers or adults Third Bathroom contains a hairdryer and plenty of bath towels and links bedrooms 3 and 4. The Pool Area is screened and southwest facing, overlooks a small lake and a conservation area, providing guests with a high degree of privacy and beautiful sunsets. There is a barbeque for your convenience, and the pool area has two tables, one of which is a large octagonal table which seats 8 people for al fresco eating, along with 4 comfortable sun beds for lounging around the pool. Pool heating is available and is recommended during the period October through to March, although, if you wish to use the Jacuzzi (spa), you will require pool heating. A pool alarm is fitted to prevent youngsters from accessing the pool area without supervision removing the need for ugly pool fencing. Safety and Security is provided by monitored external window and door alarms and smoke alarms Smoking is not permitted inside the home but may be permitted on the pool deck using the ash trays provided. The clubhouse High Grove resort offers a large swimming pool and spa. There is a games room with several machines, a fitness suite, large TV and internet facilities. We thought your Management Team were excellent and they visited us shortly after our arrival to see if there was anything we needed. Much better than some we have experienced.
