Our Beautiful home is located a Crescent Lakes, only 15 mins from Disney, in a large wildlife conservation area. You can relax and enjoy the pool while being only minutes away from local stores, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. The community enjoys an enviable location that is both secluded and tranquil, yet close enough to all major attractions in Central Florida. Within the Crescent Lakes communities and also in walkng distance of our home there are 2 play and picnic areas, with purpose built BBQ's as well as a basketball, volley ball court. There are numerous ways of enjoying the Florida sun with all the attractions of the world's most magical vacation areas within a convenient drive. The charm of Walt Disney World and the cultural and culinary delights of Epcot Center. The wonders of the cinematic world, at Disney-MGM Studios Theme Park, or Universal Studios and the fascinations of the deep at Sea World. For the sun worshippers there is always the sandy beaches with warm waters of the Gulf and the Atlantic. There are a variety of restaurants, shopping precincts and nightlife. A short drive will take you to one of many golf courses, lakes for fishing and boating, horse riding, parks and picnic locations in and around the area to name but a few.

Double Bedroom with walk in closet, Double bed, Radio Alarm clock, bed side night stands etc,23" Video/Cable combi TV. The 3rd Bedrooom there are twin beds walk in closet, radio alarm clock and the usual bedroom night stands and dresser. Fully equipped kitchen, Refrigerator/Freezer,Microwave, Stove, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Blender, Telephone. Double Garage also houses the Washing Machine,and Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board,room to park two cars in the garage. We also provide free of charge Baby play walker, crib, high chair,childs booster seats (2) and strollers (2). Welcome packs for a nominal charge can be arranged, outdoor charcoal BBQ has been installed for your use. A security alarm has been installed for your safety.
