Our superb home is located on the quietest part of Indian Creek. The accommodation consists of main master suite, 2nd master suite and two other bedrooms each having twin beds. All rooms have ceiling fans. The pool deck faces South West and enjoys a peaceful outlook onto unspoiled conservation woodland. The pool area is fenced on both sides for complete privacy. The 26’ pool has a raised spa and waterfall. There are many facilities to help you get the most from your vacation including luxury pool furniture, underwater pool lighting, large screen TV, DVD, CD, VCR, stereo system and Playstation 2. All bedrooms have TV/DVD. The Freecall telephone gives free local, national and international calls. High speed WiFi broadband internet access. A games room has a pool table, foosball and electronic darts. Facilities at Indian Creek include basketball, tennis, soccer pitch, putting green, Tot-Lot and a jogging track. The accommodation is ideal for a family or for two families sharing and consists of four bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are master suites. There is a spacious kitchen, large gathering room with a volume ceiling and a separate dining area seating up to six. The home is air-conditioned and all rooms have ceiling fans. French doors in the gathering room open onto the lanai and pool deck, which is fully enclosed by a screen. The 13x26’ pool has a raised spa and waterfall. Home security is assured by a monitored alarm system. There are many facilities to help you get the most from your vacation including luxury pool furniture, underwater pool lighting, large screen TV, DVD players, CD player, VCR, stereo system and Playstation 2. A day out at Busch Gardens, the beaches and beautiful sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico or a visit to the Kennedy Space Center or Daytona Beach are realistic day trips made possible by our villa being only a few minutes drive from Interstate 4 that gives easy access to either coast. Kitchen The kitchen is spacious, well laid out, and includes a breakfast nook. Equipment includes everything you could need for rustling up a quick snack or preparing a gourmet meal and includes stove, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator with icemaker, and garbage disposal unit. You will find all the usual home wares for your convenience ranging from place settings for 12, toaster, coffee maker and blender. The telephone gives you free local, long distance and international calls for the duration of your stay. Data port provided. A washing machine and dryer are available for your use. The gathering room The spacious gathering room is an ideal place to relax during the day or evening. There is a sumptuous sofa, love seat, accent chair and ottoman. A ceiling fan provides extra cooling. For your enjoyment there is an entertainment center with a 32” cable TV, VCR, DVD player and stereo system. The sofa converts to a queen size bed when required. Doors onto the lanai give an audible alarm when opened and there is also a pool safety fence for the protection of our younger visitors. Dining area The dining table will accommodate six for a quick snack or a more formal meal. Master Suite 1 Has a luxury king-size bed. There are nightstands, a dresser with large mirror, 27” TV, clock radio and ceiling fan. French doors give access to the lanai and pool. The facilities include Jacuzzi hot tub, large walk in shower, twin sinks and large walk-in illuminated closet area. A hairdryer is also provided. Master Suite 2 This suite has a queen size bed with nightstand. There is a TV/DVD player, clock radio and ceiling fan. The bathroom has bath with shower, sink and hairdryer. Twin bedroom 2 This bedroom has twin beds with nightstand, TV/DVD player and clock radio. It also has a 3-drawer chest, built-in closet and a ceiling fan. It shares a bathroom with bedroom 3. Twin bedroom 3 This bedroom has twin beds with nightstand, TV, Playstation 2 and clock radio. It also has a 3-drawer chest, built-in closet and a ceiling fan. It shares a bathroom with bedroom 2. Lanai and pool deck The lanai is fully equipped with quality furniture and ceiling fan. The extended pool deck is fully enclosed with a screen. Water from the raised spa tumbles gently into the main pool to promote a relaxing atmosphere at any time of the day or night and both have underwater illumination for evening bathing. The pool deck faces south west and so is bathed in sun from early morning until sunset. Quality padded sun-loungers are provided to enable you to take full advantage of this for carefree relaxation.
