Our home is beautifully furnished and very well maintained. The pool is screened to protect from bugs and is situated in a lovely yard with flowering bushes and young fruit trees (you are welcome to pick any fruit that is ripe) and is fully fenced for privacy. We have had the deck area extended to provide even more space for our guests.All towels and linens are provided including pool towels and there is a washer and dryer in the garage as well as an iron and ironing board.We have also provided the facility to make all your telephone calls free of charge, local, national and even international. This makes it easy for you to keep in touch when you are away.
Our home is only 5 miles from Disney and is close to several golf courses and very central for all other attractions.The lounge has two large sofas a huge comfortable chair, small tables and lamps and cable TV with DVD player. The dining area has seating for six and it is well decorated with pictures and silk plants. Patio doors lead out onto the pool area which has table, chairs, padded loungers and small tables and a gas BBQ for the ultimate al fresco dining experience.Our kitchen has a lovely dining nook in the bay window overlooking the colorful front yard and has everything you could need whether you plan to cook a full dinner or just a snack. Full stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, plenty of dishes and cooking utensils and pots and pans. and even plastic dishes and glasses for use at the pool area for your safety.We have installed a Rainsoft water system so you don't even need to buy expensive bottled water, just fill your bottles and put them in the fridge ready to take out with you.The master bedroom has a King size bed and a TV with video and DVD player and a comfortable rocking/swivel chair for those who like to escape for a bit of peace and quiet, master bathroom with his and her basins, huge shower and a large walk-in closet.The second double bedroom has a queen sized bed and there is a twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have TV/DVD. These two bedrooms share the second bathroom.Hairdryers are supplied in both bathrooms.We take pride in our yard area and have planted various flowering bushes and plants and some young citrus trees and you are welcome to pick any fruits that may be ready for eating.This is not just a vacation rental home, it is a real home as we spend a lot of time here ourselves and our guests benefit from the extras which we have added for our own use. Our home is especially suitable for longer stays and we welcome 'Snowbirds' and because of the inventory of our home you will find it easy to use our home for longer stays. We have many people who return year after year. We always say 'you have tried the rest now try the best'. We look forward to welcoming you to our home.
