Dolphin Villa Florida at Silver Creek on HW27 is located at the end of a very quiet cul de sac. The pool area has views of the Woodland reserve and is only overlooked on one side. From the pooldeck you can see the Disney fireworks over the treetops only 6 miles away.The large yard space to the side can be used for games,football etc.The gameroom located in garage has pool table, table tennis, eletronic darts and 10-1 games table with foosball and air hockey. Guests have free use of our baby equipment inc high chair, travel crib and stroller. There is cable TV in every room and use of several DVD players, there is also a large selection of DVDs and use of PS2 and games.There is also a PC in the front room with high-speed internet access.

Horton.Fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in each room our luxury home Dolphin Villa Florida can be your perfect vacation retreat.Close to the main attractions of the Walt Disney World resort, ideally located for the other main attractions off I4 and minutes from US192 with its many fine restaurants and attractions.The main living room has cable TV, DVD/VCR and a Hi-Fi. It has a large 3 seater sofa which converts to a queen size sleeper. The main living room also has a single seater and twin sofa to relax with a choice of DVDs after a long day at the parks. There is a telephone available which you can make FREE* international, long distance and local calls during your stay.Our home has 5 bedrooms, the two master bedrooms have Queen size beds with master baths and cable TV/DVD. The two twin rooms have cable 14" TV and share the main bathroom that also leads to the pool area. Finally the 5th room has a double sofabed, cable TV, PS2 and internet PC so it can be a second TV room or bedroom.The home is able to sleeps 12 max.The Kitchen is fully equipped with silverware, glassware and dishes. If you choose to cook there is a stove, grill and microwave. The kitchen table sits 4 and breakfast bar sits 2. The formal dining area seats six, but the table can be extended. Upgraded Pool side furniture is provided, including dining area for 6 under the outside light/fan and two loungers. At night from the floodlit pool you can see the Disney fireworks over the treetops. The area has plenty of good restaurants and if you like to cook there is a local Winn Dixie at the entrance to the community or 1/2 mile down the road there is a new Super Walmart store.The Cagans Crossing community has an old style shopping area and plenty of beautiful restaurants to eat in.The Champions Gate shopping mall is only 3 miles from our home. There is a choice of fine restaurants or takeout inc Mc Donalds and Sub Way. The HW27 & US192 area is filled with fine dining choices all a short drive from our home.
