Set on a corner lot of this peaceful lakeside community our vacation home has a private heated pool with the ultimate luxury - a built-in jacuzzi spa. All you need for a great vacation is close by with the magic of Walt Disney World genuinely only minutes away. An executive 9-hole golf course runs through the community and nearby are a great selection of stores and restaurants. Relax after a day in the theme parks with a refreshing dip in your own private pool or lie back and let the bubbling spa revive your tired feet. In the evening there is the amazing color changing light system for the pool & spa - choose your favorite color or let it change automatically as you swim. The children will love it. Inside we have Flat Screen LCD HD TVs in all the bedrooms and a fantastic 37" screen in the lounge. All receive the Verizon FIOS Ultimate Digital Package with 340 channels. For the sports fans in the family we have great sports coverage on ESPN, ESPN2 and Fox Soccer Channel. So much more than just sport - It includes Showtime HD plus multiple other Movie Channels. Our gorgeous executive quality vacation home is fully air-conditioned and features a private heated pool & jacuzzi/spa surrounded by an extended pool deck. The pool area is fully screened and luxuriously furnished with four top quality padded loungers and five padded chairs for your comfort. Perfect for drinks by the pool or just relaxing with a good book. Master Suite The huge master suite features a king-sized bed, Large Flat Screen HD LCD TV with Digital Cable (with remote control of course) and a radio/alarm so you don't miss your golf tee time or that early start for the theme parks. The luxurious master bathroom has an indulgent roman tub bath - bring your favorite bubbles, large walk-in shower, His & Hers sinks with complimentary hairdryer and plenty of storage space. Lots of fluffy white towels are also supplied. All the villa bedrooms and bathrooms have fully tiled floors for your comfort and convenience. Mickey & Friends Themed Bedroom Our Mickey & Friends themed bedroom features twin 'Mickey Ears' wrought-iron beds which will delight Disney lovers of all ages. Just perfect for the children who will also enjoy the Flat Screen HD LCD TV with Digital Cable (with remote) with Playstation 2 and DVD and of course a selection of PS2 games. This includes Disney numbers so you can call to check park opening/closing times, make reservations or just get more information. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer with ice-maker, washer, dryer, iron & board. It has a large pantry and plenty of storage space. Everything is included - all cooking/eating utensils and all linens and towels. We have even included a large wheeled cooler for day trips. Perfect for those days at the water parks. GameRoom The back door leads to the GameRoom with Pool table & Football Game & Magnetic Darts. A table and chairs are also provided. Pool Area If you've been out all day at the theme parks or busy on the golf course you'll need somewhere to cool off and relax and our pool area is the perfect place. Or just spend the day relaxing in the Florida sun. Whichever is your idea of a perfect vacation you'll love our pool area. Surrounded by hedging and landscaped with Palm trees you'll wonder how you ever managed without your own pool and jacuzzi spa. Take a dip whenever you feel like it. There's never a line for our jacuzzi spa - just step right in. Enjoy the colored lighting at night. Relax and enjoy! Outside Outside we have a nice corner lot which is on the edge of the community so very private. The landscaped yard provides privacy plus a touch of Florida with our beautiful palm trees. Security For your safety the vacation home features a monitored alarm system and smoke detectors. It also has alarms on the doors to the pool to protect small children. An electronic safe is installed for your use free of charge. Childrens Equipment If you are bringing young children you'll be pleased to know that we provide baby equipment totally free of charge. A Crib(Travel Style), High-Chair, Stroller are all supplied. All Linens for the crib are provided. Esprit Community The vacation home is in the community of Esprit - which is 12 minutes west of Disney. In a few minutes you can be on I4 as well which takes you up to Universal Studios and SeaWorld and many other attractions. Esprit community has a large communal pool and cabana, tennis and basketball courts as well as its own par 54 executive golf course. There is a fishing boardwalk and boat ramp to Lake Davenport - a beautiful conservation area. Fishing licenses are available locally. A bank, gas station, mini mart, Subway and small shopping plaza are available by the entrance. Larger stores - Publix, Walmart and Winn Dixie both within two minutes.
