Our fully air-conditioned home was primarily selected because of its stunning lakeside setting. Set in a prime, much sought after area, on the edge of a beautiful private lake with fish, birds and other wildlife. Enjoy the fantastic sunsets over the lake while relaxing in the spa. Eagle Pointe is a quiet and safe residential area yet only minutes away from the stores and restaurants and 12 minutes to Disney. Accomodation is comprised of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 4th bedroom/den, living room with 47"High Definition TV, dining area, kitchen with breakfast nook. Private pool with spa overlooking lake. Double garage which is also used as a game room equipped with pool table and foosball table.

T.V’s with cable in all bedrooms, Xbox and selection of games, Poolside furniture. All rooms have ceiling fans. Bed linen and towels are provided. Telephones providing free international and local calls. A crib and highchair for babies are provided.We have a local Management Company who are on hand to assist you with any need as well as keeping the home well maintained. In order to maintain the quality of our home, there is no smoking or pets allowed.This style and size of home is usually configured as a 4-bedroom house, however we prefer to offer it as a 3-bedroom with the added bonus of an extra room (den). The den has a double futon sofa bed which sleeps 2 comfortably. In addition to the T.V. and XBox there is also a selection of toys and board games.The game area is located in the double garage and is equipped with a full sized pool table and foosball table. The private fully screened pool/spa area overlooks the lake. For the safety of younger children the doors leading to the pool area are alarmed. There is also a covered lanai with ceiling fan where you can enjoy a leisurely lunch or dinner while watching the sunset over the lake.Turtle Villa is the ideal location to enjoy all that Florida has to offer
