Palm House,our 3 bedroom home with pool is located in the beautiful conservation development of Crescent Lakes. It is ideally situated to enjoy all of the attractions that Central Florida has to offer.The location is peaceful and relaxing, an ideal place to spend time after the excitement of the theme parks. Although if younger guests still have energy to burn a play area is located a short walk from our home.Palm House is fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans in all living areas and bedrooms for our guests added comfort.The home is equipped with a monitored security alarm and electronic safe.
From the moment you sit on the front porch rocker you will feel at home !There is plenty of space for you and your family to relax, Palm House offers 2 living areas and 2 dining areas.The 3 bedrooms are all located upstairs, offering peace and privacy .We would love you to enjoy Palm House for your vacation.On entering Palm House you are in the main living area . As soon as you sit in our luxurious leather sofas you will feel relaxed. Sit and enjoy peace and tranquility, read a book or watch the 57” Sony TV or a DVD, the choice is yours. This room also provides a dining area with a glass top table and seating for six. Patio doors lead from this room to the pool area and they are alarmed for child safety. The Family Room has Cable TV and a Playstation 2, ideal for the kids. This is also furnished with sumptuous leather sofas and slate top tables. Alarmed patio doors give access to the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, coffee-maker, toaster, microwave, stove, waste disposal and dishwasher. The nook has a slate top table with seating for six, perfect if you wish to cook at home, (or order a take out !)In the games room we have a pool table , foosball and air hockey. For those wishing to just watch and chill there is a sofa and floor fans.The half bathroom is located downstairs.Upstairs in the Master bedroom is where you can completely unwind after your fun packed day. In the Master suite you can enjoy a relaxing soak in our large corner tub, with seat, or feel exhilarated after a refreshing shower in the lovely walk-in shower. Then sink into the sheer luxury of our King size 4 poster bed with pillowtop mattress.Lay back and watch our 31” cable TV or a DVD under the cooling air from the ceiling fan.Our large walk-in closet provides ample space for all your vacation clothes (and any extra you may buy on shopping trips).Don’t be afraid that you will miss any excitement the next day, our alarm/ clock radio can be set to wake you on time.The Queen bedroom has Cable TV and a DVD player, if the fun of the day has not made you tired enough to sleep as soon as you climb into bed.The ceiling fan will keep you cool throughout the night and the alarm / clock radio can wake you in the morning.The room has a closet and dresser providing a place for all your clothes.The Twin Room has lovely metal sleigh beds and Cable TV and DVD for entertainment. A ceiling fan for a cooling breeze on those those balmy nights. A closet and dresser to unpack and really feel at home.An alarm/clock radio, just in case you need to get up early! The pool and patio area are fully screened and for an additional charge the pool can be heated if required.After a refreshing dip in the pool , relax on our luxury padded pool furniture on our large extended deck and enjoy the view across the lake. The wildlife around the lake can be entertaining. Enoy the massaging effect of our Hot Tub.While you relax, maybe the cook in the family can use their skills on the George Foreman electric grill.We aim to make our guests stay in Palm House a comfortable one.The home is air-conditioned and all living areas and bedrooms have ceiling fans.Two telephones are provided, one in the kitchen and one in the Master bedroom.All bed linens and towels are provided.For our younger guests we provide a travel crib / playpen and highchair.For laundry we have a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.The home has a monitored security alarm and electronic safe.
