This peaceful location is just south of highway 192, ideally located for major attractions. Disney is within 10 minutes drive, golf courses are less than minutes away with the superb Greg Norman designed course at Champions Gate is within a 7 minute drive away.The private executive 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom fully air conditioned home is furnished to a high standard with items individually chosen by the owners. No need to stop to pick your keys up we have Eletronic lock box, you will be issued with your personal code. The 30 x 15 pool and spa has a large deck, equipped with ample pool furniture for you to relax after a day at the parks. There are three master suites, one king and two queen One of the queen suites has patio doors leading to the pool & deck, the two further twin bedrooms on the first floor share the fourth bathroom.
Villa-Rhosyn is fully air conditioned and is our 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom fully air conditioned home positioned on the impressive gated community of Highgate Park at the villages of Legacy Park, situated on Hwy 27,less than 15 minutes to Disney and close to restaurants, shops and supermarkets one of which is open twenty four hours. Our home has over 2452 sq feet of living space which includes a master suite with king bed, 2 queen en suitesone which overlooks the pool and two themed twin bedrooms which share the fourth bathroom, all bedrooms have cable TV/DVD. In the garage there is a pool table, air hockey table and darts board, upstairs is a games loft area with TV and play station 2. There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, icemaker, dishwasher, stove, microwave, washer, and dryer. The living accommodation consists of a family room with cathedral ceiling overlooked from above with ample seating, cable TV/DVD triple patio door lead out to the pool. The breakfast bar has seating for four further seating for 6 in the breakfast area, which over looks the pool with patio doors leading onto the deck. The extended deck houses the 30 x 15 private swimming pool and spa, which can be heated for your leisure, there are lounges for those wishing to relax around the pool. For those wanting some shade there is a large lanai with electric fan and seating for eight around the table. There is also a cabana shower to cool off. Both sets of patio doors leading to the pool area are alarmed for security/safety for children for further child safety there is a fence around the pool which is removable if you wish. Outside the pool screen is the BBQ for alfresco eating. Included in the rental of our home are bathroom towels, pool towels, bed linen, local phone calls, complementary phone card, cleaning before arrival, games room, all local taxes are all included in the price of our home. The pool is serviced and cleaned weekly and arrangements can be made to have the pool heating during cooler months.
