THE LINKS Luxury 3 bed 2 bath with private south facing pool. VACATION HOMEOurs is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom luxury vacation home decorated to the very highest standards. It has its own private south facing pool which is equipped with table chairs and loungers for your enjoyment. We also provide a BBQ grill and a large umbrella. The lounge dining area and kitchen are open plan with vaulted ceilings to give a very light and airy feel. We added new drapes to all areas in 2005.LOUNGEThe lounge has two sofas, one which converts into another double bed. It is beautifully furnished and has cable TV DVD/CD/VCR/MP3/CASSETTE/RADIO and XBOX for your enjoyment. This room also has the benefit of a ceiling fan.DINING AREAWe provide a table with six chairs and the patio door opens up onto the pool area. This is a very comfortable place to sit and eat your meals.KITCHENThe kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you could possibly need. There is a range, fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal breakfast nook electric teapot and much more. MASTERThe master suite has a queen size bed; mirrored dresser with matching nightstands; cable TV and telephone. There is also and full bathroom and walk-in wardrobe plus hairdryer. This is a lovely room at the back of the house, overlooking the pool. This room also has the benefit of a ceiling fan.DOUBLE BEDROOMHere we have a double bed, dresser with matching nightstands, cable TV and large wardrobe with plenty of storage space.TWIN BEDROOMThe twin room is beautifully furnished with twin beds, nightstands, cable TV/DVD and again a large wardrobe plus plenty of storage space.GARAGEFrom the inner hall there is a door leading into the garage. This contains the washer and dryer, iron and board. There is also a selection of pool toysand a large coolerbox.POOL AREAOur pool is south facing so gets the sun all day. It is screened, has a child safety fence and overlooks the 2nd tee of the golf course, therefore is very private. It can be floodlit at night and is ideal to spend the evening hours watching the sun go down. There is a further full bathroom.A separate cupboard in the inner hall contains extra linens and towels. We also provide a cot and highchair stroller if needed.
