We are set in attractive and relaxed surroundings with plenty of facilities on site yet near to all the main attractions Florida has to offer. Our luxury 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom holiday home, is located on the award winning Steve Smyers designed golf course at Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club and overlooks the course. The home is spacious and fully air-conditioned and all rooms also have ceiling fans. The accommodation includes: GREAT ROOM A large light airy room with a high ceiling. For those wishing to dine in 'style' there is a formal dining area. The comfortable living area overlooks the pool and has views of the golf course. There is plenty of seating including a sofa bed. We have provided plenty of entertainment for all ages including a large digital cable television connected to the cable network and offering 200+ channels, Playstation 2 with controllers, DVD, CD/radio player is available for your use and a selection of books and games suitable for all ages. The nook area is great for informal dining and the table and chairs overlook the pool and the golf course. For those wishing to bring a laptop we have Wifi high speed internet. We also have a computer with broadband access available for use. The kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you will need including a large oven, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, waste disposal unit, telephone, plenty of flatware, silverware, glassware and lots of cooking equipment and utensils. We have also provided flatware and silverware suitable for use on the lanai as glass and china should not be used in the pool area. MASTER SUITE ONE The bedroom has views of the golf course and patio doors lead directly to the lanai and pool. It has a queen bed, cable television, mirror, clock/radio and telephone and ample storage space. A large walk in closet adjoins the master bedroom ideal for storing suitcases etc. Another door leads to the master bathroom. MASTER BATHROOM The bathroom has a door to the pool area making it the ideal place for a shower after using the pool. It has a very large walk in shower, toilet, sink and mirrored vanity. All towels and a hairdryer are provided. MASTER BEDROOM TWO This bedroom has a full size bed, cable television, clock radio, full length mirror, large closet with plenty of hanging and storage space. A door leads directly to the 2nd master bathroom. MASTER BATHROOM This bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, toilet, sink, mirrored vanity. Again all towels are provided for your use. BEDROOMS THREE AND FOUR These bedrooms are identical and have twin beds, cable television, clock, large closets with plenty of hanging and storage space. FAMILY BATHROOM The family bathroom is adjacent to the twin bedrooms. It has a bath with a shower attachment, toilet, sink, mirrored vanity, bathroom scales, hairdryer and linen hamper. There is also a cupboard with a large supply of towels. INTEGRAL GARAGE A door at the back of the double garage leads directly into the corridor behind the kitchen. We have now installed air hockey, football table and darts whilst keeping part of the garage free to park a car. The garage also contains a washing machine, tumble drier, laundry basket, iron and ironing board, clothes airer, vacuum cleaner. We have also provided a crib, stroller, highchair and car booster seat. There is also a selection of pool toys for your enjoyment in the pool. PATIO AND COVERED LANAI This area is fully screened. The covered lanai provides welcome relief from the sun and overlooks the pool and golf course. The lanai has outside lighting making it suitable for use from early morning breakfast to dinner al fresco or a late night drink. The furniture includes a patio table and chairs, sun loungers and barbecue. SWIMMING POOL This area has views of the golf course so is not overlooked from behind by other homes. To keep children safe there is a pool safety fence separating the pool from the lanai. The pool has underwater lighting and is ideal for a late night swim! For additional privacy we have added Florida glass to the pool screen. LOCATION Our holiday home overlooks the golf course of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club. SECURITY Southern Dunes is a fully gated community. SHOPPING Just outside the entrance to the community is a variety of shops including a 24 hour Wal-Mart, 2 chemists, bank, several well known food chains, petrol station, hairdressing salon, liquer store and video hire shops. Disney World is 20 minutes away, Cypress Gardens and Eagle Ridge Mall are 15 minutes away. RECREATION Southern Dunes is one of America’s top 100 golf courses designed by Steve Smyer with 100' elevations. Apart from this fabulous golf course other facilities include a pro shop, driving range, use of the clubhouse with a restaurant and bar, tennis courts, large communal swimming pool, gym, library and children’s adventure playground. Southern Dunes is the perfect base for not only a Disney fishing or golfing vacation but all central Florida's varied and interesting attractions. It provides a quiet haven after a tiring day at the parks or for those who just want to relax away from the hustle and bustle. Our management company is located close by and is always on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.
