Yet is set in the stunning tranquil grounds of this peaceful PGA award winning golf and country club.The gated community of Southern Dunes offers a wide range of facilites you just can't find in other areas, with lots of activities such as Tennis Courts, Communal pools, Gymnasium, Basketball courts, restaurant and of course the beautiful 18 hole golf course.Our pool home can offer everything you could possible need to have a wonderful vacation whatever your plans!
From the moment you pull onto the driveway you will not be disappointed. Our pool home is excellently located for a wonderful vacation.Upon entry to our beautiful vacation home you will find a light spaceous tastefully decorated living area with everything to hand you need to have a great vacation.The kitchen is fitted with all the appliances, silverware and flatware you would expect to find at home. with a seated breakfast area for two.The living area is spaceous and fitted out with all the things to help you feel at home, there is a DVD player with DVD's, a games console with games, large TV, CD player, books and two large comfotable sofa's. One of which pulls out to make extra sleeping space. High speed wireless Internet access is available for guests travelling with laptops.The dining area has a table which seats 6 and is positioned to give maximum views of the pool and golf course.The pool and patio area is south facing which allows sunshine all day long. There are 2 sunloungers and 4 chairs which overlooks the 2nd hole, fairways, greens and bunkers, so you can relax and watch the golfers go by struggling to evade the many bunkers. The pool can be heated in the cooler months if required.There are 3 bedrooms in the villa, one is a master suite with private bathroom, and a second bathroom, one double room at the front of the home, and one twin room containing two single beds. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have their own cable televisions for when you wish to relax.The garage area has a selection of games for your entertainment including an electronic darts board, foosball table and a pool table to keep young and old entertained when not visiting the hectic parks during your stay.The Southern Dunes community offers excellent facilities including an on site restaurant, communal pool, gymnasiun, games area, basketball and tennis courts, lake and many more.The area around the community also offer convienient services including banks, petrol stations and a 24 hour Wal-Mart with drugstore. Local to this are many supermarkets, shops and restaurants, with Manny's Chop house highly recommended.Orlando Internation airport is an easy 30 minute drive with Sanford being a little further.All in all it is a perfect location for your vacation whatever your plans!
