Our huge 7 bedroom / 4 bathroom (2 Masters) rental home has 2 bedrooms
downstairs and a further 5 bedrooms upstairs, a well equipped games room
to provide entertainment for the whole family, free broadband Internet access
and PC, BBQ area, basketball and many other free additions such as use of walkie
talkies with 6 mile range, ideal for groups that split up in the parks.
Relax by the huge south facing swimming pool (30 x 17 foot), not overlooked from any
direction. The pool has a seperate heatable child pool, 1 foot depth throughout
which keeps the kids entertained for hours, as well as the massive main pool and
spa. The whole pool area is totally private so you can relax without
being overlooked by neighbours.

In general, vacation homes do not have a star rating, but if they did then ours
would be classed as top 5* / Diamond accommodation. Ours are not the cheapest but if you are looking for comfort and luxury in top class accommodation
then stay in one of our homes as you really do get what you pay for!
The Pool Area
We
decided to invest a lot of extra money in the pool area to provide the best
possible for our guests. The back of the house is South facing so the pool
area gets the sun all day.
The pool area is not over looked from any direction, so you can be assured of
complete privacy as you lounge by the pool. We designed the pool
ourselves, and the following summary shows some of the great features we added:
- Included a separate child pool with max depth of 1 foot, with water fall
in to the main pool
- Added a water fall that the kids love, to the side of the main pool
- Included an extra-large heatable Spa / Hot Tub, again with
water fall flowing in to the main pool
- Installed bright, coloured pool lamps, that at night can be set to
change colour at set intervals giving the pool an extra-special feel.
- Included plenty of padded pool loungers and chairs and a table and
picnic bench
The House
Our
home is one of the largest in the Orlando area. All the rooms are spacious
allowing several families to spread out without getting under each others feet.
The house is fully air conditioned for your comfort and can be set to a
temperature to suit you.
The downstairs living area has a massive 61 inch TV with Playstation 2,
games, DVD and Video. We offer a large DVD movie selection for your enjoyment
during your stay.
There are TVs with cable in all the bedrooms, making 9 TVs in total.
The upstairs living area has cable TV and video, as well as a high speed
Internet PC with fast Internet access (5Mbit bandwidth for those of you who
like technical information), a selection of memory card readers and a CD burner.
There are two dining areas
which is ideal when there are 2 or more families.
The master bedroom 1 has a King Size bed and en-suite bathroom upstairs, then a
second Master Bedroom downstairs. In total there are 2 King rooms, 1
Queen, 1 Double and 3 twin bedrooms.
A large sofa bed in the living area comfortably sleeps two people.

We aim to make payment as easy as possible. We accept Visa, Master Card or
check.
There is an additional charge of $150 per week should you require pool
heating. (Usually only required during the winter months).
Once you decide to stay in our house you will be required to make a down-payment
of $150 per
week booked to secure your requested dates. The balance will be due
5 weeks
prior to your vacation.
A refundable security deposit of $250 is payable with your balance.
