Its sunny, south west facing pool ,freestanding spa, extended deck and covered area overlook a pond and conservation land.A day spent at Haycorns is not just a rest day or break form the parks, but an integral part of your holiday which will be enjoyed by guests of all ages.Disney Maingate is reached by any easy 10 minute drive involving just one set of traffic lights! Universal Studios is easily accessed via Interstate 4 - no need to battle with I Drive or 192 traffic.Haycorns is popular with honeymooners, seniors , families of all kinds and extended families.THE POOL AREAThe extended pool area is private, secluded by nature rather than fencing. No other pool screens are visible from our pool. The freestanding spa can be heated independently from the pool , saving costs during the summer months. At the end of Haycorns’ garden is a conservation area and pond. You can spend hours sat relaxing on the pool deck, and you will be not be disturbed by, nor disturb, anyone other than the other residents of Haycorns or local wildlife! The pool has a large deck area and a covered area to protect you from the sun. It is fully screened to keep bugs out and children in! Comfortable patio furniture is provided to seat all guests, including 5 luxury padded loungers.There is a range of pool toys to add to the fun and a BBQ/grill for that full alfresco living. There is bathroom access from the poolside. COOKING AND EATINGThe kitchen is located in the heart of Haycorns. It is fully equipped to prepare family meals for 8, but with numerous restaurants on the 192, just 10 minutes away, you might prefer to treat yourself to a meal out from time to time and give Mom the night off! Other equipment includes coffee maker, mixer, microwave, large fridge/freezer, 4 slice toaster and electric can opener and a dishwasher.Meals can be eaten in the dining area or seated at one of the bar stools at the breakfast bar , or of course at the table on the pool deck.In the attached double garage you will find both washer and dryer. LIVING AREASThe dual aspect lounge area has a large sofa, a loveseat and armchair and overlooks the pool. Two pairs of patio doors enable you to sit in the comfort and cool of the lounge enjoy the view. There is cable TV and a DVD player for your enjoyment. A range of DVDs are also provided.Haycorns has a den packed with entertainment for guests of all ages. It has a huge box of Lego Duplo, a massive wooden train set, numerous toys and family games, and DVDs, a playstation with games for all ages and TV. The den can also be used as a quiet living area or a 4th bedroom.BEDROOMSThe spacious master suite has a queen bed, a TV with Cable, and lots of closet space. There is also a loveseat in this room. The pool area can be accessed directly from the master bathroom with its large walk in shower.The other 2 bedrooms both with twin beds are located on the other side of the house. These are idea for adults or children.A stroller, crib with linen and highchair are available free of charge for use by our youngest guests.In the den is a large sofa which converts to a queen bed, providing you with a bonus 4th bedroom at no extra cost. Haycorns can easily sleep 8 people in privacy with no need for anyone to sleep in the lounge.There are silently operating ceiling fans in all bedrooms, the lounge and the den to keep you all cool.MAKING YOU WELCOMEWe do all we can to make your arrival at Haycorns straightforward and welcoming. Clear directions are provided – we haven’t lost a guest yet!The keys to Haycorns will be in a coded lock box outside its front door. There is no need to struggle to find another location to collect the key before you can enter the home - just turn up and let yourself in.The cost of rental includes free local, national and international calls. You can even bring your own laptop use the free wireless internet access. Once you are at Haycorns you will want to let everyone know what a fabulous time you are having!Late checkout may be available, at no extra charge - allowing you to make the most of you precious last hours on vacation.LOCATIONHaycorns is located in Thousand Oaks, due south of Disney, at the end of a cul-de-sac on a large corner plot.Thousand Oaks is a beautiful community to stroll/jog round, enjoying the views of the lake and spotting wildlife in their natural habitats. It is well established community which is a mix of residential homes and vacation rental properties, with no building work in progress. Its ideal if what you seek is peace and quiet after an action packed day. The nearest Publix supermarket is located at Champion’s Gate, 5 minutes drive away and en route from the interstate, airports and the parks. There are other shops and restaurants located here including Italian, and Chinese restaurants, Subway and McDonalds.If arriving by car, Haycorns is just a few minutes from Interstate 4, CR 54 and Hwy 27Orlando International Airport is an easy 40 minute drive on quiet roads. Sanford is just 10 minutes further away. You may also like to consider flying into Tampa airport, located just off the Interstate 4 highway, just over an hour away.
