The home is situated on Cypress Lakes which is quiet mainly residential area ideally placed among small lakes and conservation areas. The area is just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World® Resort on the new direct link, Osceola Parkway, and just 3 minutes from the local shopping centre which includes two supermarkets, a large Wal-Mart and numerous other small shops and restaurants. It is also about 20 minutes drive from the main shopping malls and other attractions. The location includes, within 5 mins, a children's play area, tennis, basketball and two nearby golf courses. The home is ideal for the times when you want to spend a quite time away from the parks. When you sit in the pool area you are not overlooked by any other homes and can truly relax. If the children don't want to play in the pool then there's always the games room to keep them happy. If you do need to keep in touch with friends then our wireless broadband PC can help.
About this Home: A superbly decorated and furnished property fully equipped for up to 6 people. Well positioned on a oversized lot, overlooking a lake, and near a conservation area. The home is located in a small circle of only four homes and this is set off from a 'dead end road' giving a quiet location. This home has a large sun deck which is facing South West allowing both sun and shade all day. We have just replaced most of the furniture in the living areas and had a Maple hardwood floor laid here and in the bedrooms. There are three bedrooms including master bedroom with walk in closet, TV and DVD, vanity unit and en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with another TV, the 3rd has twin beds. Two cribs and a high chair are included. The home has a large kitchen and family room with a TV and DVD, a separate lounge and dining area with music centre. There is also a family bathroom and a laundry room. Digital Photographers will enjoy using the latest computer which has a built in reader for 9 different camera card types. Once you have loaded your days photos onto the system you can use our top of range software suites to manipulate your images. We have both the latest versions of PhotoShop and Paintshop together with the full suite of AutoFX image tools. There are at least another 20 different top range add-on tools to enhance your photos that you can try out and master. If your only just starting with Digital photos then we have a number of special training packages installed which teach you how to use these features. Then when your finished write your new photos to the CD writer for safe transport home or email some to your friends. The pool measures 30' x 15' and has solar with electronic control and electric heating for the winter. The oversized pool deck (900sq ft) has four loungers, two reclining chairs, a table with chairs and two sun umbrellas. A good view over the lake makes this an ideal place to relax in between your days trips. The lake may also be fished freely. If you or the children want to do something different then why not try our games room. Here you will find a pool table, air hockey, darts and bowling. The property has well maintained gardens, with mainly palm trees but oranges can be picked when in season. Hibiscus and jasmine plants add colour and complete privacy as they cover the side views of the villa so that it is never overlooked.
