Fantastic Luxury Home near DisneyOur home is located on the prestigious Hampton Lakes development, only 11 miles from Walt Disney World, minutes from a variety of Golf courses, (including Champions Gate Golf course), and has easy access to Interstate 4 and all the shops, restaurants and evening entertainment on Highway 192.Family RoomWith plenty of room for all to relax, the Family Room has a peaceful outlook onto the pool. There is a 52 inch television with digital cable, offering a wide range of channels for all to enjoy. The sectional sleeper-sofa can be used for an additional guest.Living RoomThe Living Room allows part of the family to relax away from the rest. Again comfortably furnished with a sleeper sofa that can be used for an additional two guests. KitchenThe kitchen comes fully equipped. As well as conventional oven and range, there is a microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer with icemaker, waste disposal unit, electric kettle and coffee maker. You can choose to use the breakfast table in the nook, or there is a separate dining room table and chairs with six place settings.LaundryThe utility room houses a large capacity washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.Master Bedroom suiteThe spacious Master Bedroom has a king-size bed and looks out onto the pool. The en suite bathroom hosts a sumptuous oval cultured marble bath where you can relax in privacy and soak away the strains of the day. It also has a walk-in separate shower enclosure and twin sinks. The toilet and one washbasin can be separated from the suite with an internal door, and also have access to the pool area. There is a TV with cable for your enjoyment.Master Bedroom suite 2Bedroom 2 has a Queen Size bed and is located upstairs. The en-suite comprises vanity unit, tub with shower and toilet. This second master room also has cable TV.Master Bedroom suite 3Bedroom 3 has a Queen Size bed and is located to the front of the house and has an ensuite bathroom with toilet, tub and vanity unit. There is also cable TV.Bedrooms 4 & 5Bedrooms 4 and 5 are twin bedded rooms, both having their own cable TV and share a bathroom with toilet, vanity unit and tub with shower.Pool, Spa & Patio areaThe pool decking area has been extended to 25x 48ft, and offers a relaxing view over the lake, as well as being South facing for maximum sunshine. The pool itself has been upgraded to 28ft by 14ft, with spa Jacuzzi, and has underwater lighting. This whole area is screened to keep out any bugs. A selection of sun beds and chairs are also by the pool. The pool area is protected by a safety fence, which prevents unsupervised access to the pool by small children. The fence is easily rolled back for supervised use. Optional pool and/ or spa heating is available at extra cost.Games RoomWith pool table and foosball, TV and Playstaion 2, just the place for teens to relax.A telephone is provided with free local, long distance and international calls. The telephone number will be issued prior to departure and may be given to close family etc, who may wish to contact you during your stay. There is also wireless high speed internet access (upon request).Hairdryers are supplied for your convenience.There is an abundant supply of towels available for use at the home, both inside and at the pool.Our management company will be available 24 hours a day and you will find them very friendly and helpful should you have any questions or problems during your stay.
