'We had a wonderful vacation! The house made our stay in Florida perfect! We were able to use the directions left in the home notebook to find our way to all the attractions and local restaurants. We were able to relax on days we wanted to and, even on cool days, we could swim with the pool heat we had set up.

We love to eat out but it was also nice to have a full kitchen to prepare meals at the home. It really added to the "at home" feeling and saved money too.

'First of all, your home could not have been better in any way. It was perfect!!!! We had a great time....We did not have a good experience with the hotel we stayed at on Saturday & Sunday. It was very dirty. We wondered then, what we would face on Monday going to your home.

What a wonderful surprise we had in store for us. I cannot say enough good about your home. There is not a thing that could be improved upon. It was very, very clean. In fact we had bought tickets for Disney World on Sunday before we went to the house. After we arrived at your home, we all just looked at each other and said, do we have to go to Disney or can we just stay and enjoy this home?We would go (to Disney) in the morning and stay until 3 or 4, then go back to the house and enjoy the pool. We could not have asked for more.... I am not sure how with so many different people staying in your home, it can be kept so neat and clean, but it was.

Here's what she had to say about her experience:

What was your first impression of the home you stayed in as you drove up and entered the property.

The home was beautiful! Very nicely landscaped and lovely from the outside. It was even better when we entered. I couldn't believe how perfect it was for our group. We had 2 families staying there and it was large enough that we didn't get in each other's way.

Your thoughts as to staying in a villa versus a hotel room.

I loved having the kitchen so we could make our own meals some of the time. Having a home to go back to instead of a hotel room is much nicer. We could spend time as a group relaxing and watching a movie, swimming in the pool and hot tub, or just go off and take a nap on our own. In the long run, it's probably more cost effective since you spend less on eating out or trying to find things to do once the parks close since there were so many things we could do back at the house.

What impressed you most about staying in a villa.

It was so comfortable! Nothing compares when vacationing as a group to actually being able to spend time together during the down time. When we visited Disney last time, there were 2 other families with us. When we went back to the hotel, we all had to go our separate ways.

Would you recommend this type of vacation to your friends.

YES! I already have!

What did you think of the location.

Once we got the lay of the land, the drive between parks didn't seem bad at all. I remember even staying on site at Disney last time it took almost 20 minutes to get to some of the parks from our hotel using Disney transportation. It was only about 20-25 minutes to Universal and even less to Sea World from the villa. Not bad at all.

What was your experience with booking with a private owner.

Cheryl was wonderful and gave us tons of information, she made us feel right at home.
