This is it's sole purpose. We do not act as a booking agent or take any part in the booking process after the initial introduction of you to the private owner.

We cannot accept any responsibility for your arrangements with the private vacation home owner and will not be held liable for any issues or grievances you may have with them.

Accuracy Of Information

We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information supplied by vacation home owners. This is supplied to us by the vacation home owners themselves and has not been compiled by us. The renter should therefore confirm the details with the vacation home owner and it is the renters responsibility to do this.

We do not accept any responsibility for any misrepresentation given by the vacation home owners on this website whatsoever.

We do not charge the renter for using this website but charge the vacation home owners a small amount per week that a vacation home owner books out through referrals from our websites.
